Mold Release Agents

These are our water- and solvent-based mold release products developed to ensure that single and dual-density polyurethane soles are removed from molds without deformation. We formulate high-performance products that provide our partners with competitive advantages in operations through optimized usage rates. Our products do not damage the molds and do not cause mold contamination.

Our products are formulated to give the sole surface both glossy and matte finishes, and to ensure excellent adhesion for subsequent painting or bonding processes.

We can also develop custom formulations tailored to the specific needs of our customers.

Polyol Colorants

These are high-strength liquid dispersions of organic and inorganic pigments in carriers that are highly compatible with polyester or polyether polyurethane systems. They are used to give the desired color to polyurethane. Our liquid colorants are phthalate-free.

Depending on the polyurethane system used and your needs, they can be added to the polyol at rates between 0.5% and 5%.

They are suitable for automatic dosing into all types of PU polyols or for direct mixing with polyols. Color formulations are produced and customized according to standard RAL, Pantone color systems, or specifically for our customers.

UV stabilizers can be added when required.

Sole Paints

These are high-elasticity, fast-drying solvent-based finishing products produced from raw materials such as polyurethane, EVA, rubber, PVC, and thermoplastic rubber. They provide the desired effect on soles, add value to the product, increase protection of the sole against external conditions, and offer excellent adhesion to shoe soles.

Our products can be easily applied by spraying or dipping methods.

Our products can be formulated in matte or glossy finishes.

Color formulations are produced and customized according to standard RAL, Pantone color systems or specifically for our customers.
